01 - THE CHALLENGE
A premium brand. A blank TikTok Shop.
This brand had everything except a TikTok Shop. Strong product, loyal DTC customers, healthy Amazon presence — but on TikTok, they were invisible.
The opportunity was clear: an established beauty brand with real product-market fit and zero social commerce infrastructure. No creator program, no affiliate relationships, no paid history, no data on what content actually converted.
They'd watched competitors spike on TikTok and disappear three months later. They didn't want a spike — they wanted a system.
We started building from scratch in March 2025.

02 - Approach
Built the infrastructure. Then scaled what worked.
We didn't reach out to a single creator in the first two weeks because the shop wasn't ready. Most agencies skip this step, and it's why their results don't compound.
Once the foundation was right, we activated. Affiliate program, live streams, content pipeline — all running in parallel and feeding each other. Paid came months later, only after we had organic data on what was actually working.


We rebuilt pricing, listings, and policies for the way people actually buy on TikTok before contacting a single creator.
We treated creators as a community — Discord channels, leaderboards, weekly check-ins — and by peak month we had 91 of them selling on an average day with 3,003 videos shipped.
We ran live as core revenue infrastructure, not a side experiment, with 3,069 streams in the peak month alone.
GMV Max ads launched in month seven on creator content we already knew converted, and ROAS held at 3.05× even at $641K monthly spend.

03 - OUTCOME
